8. Money-Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policies are made to give the client and the business the highest level of security. Unless Zuztec Media cancels or terminates your contract for a cause other than breach or non-performance, the following terms will apply in the event of an order cancellation.
8.1. Refund Requests: The following arrangement will be followed to process any refund requests:
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a complete refund (minus a 10% processing fee). If any executable tasks or services have been completed within this time range, this policy will not be applicable.
- You are entitled to a 40% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) if we are unable to provide services in accordance with the schedule and complete executable tasks by the prearranged deadline.
- After 24 hours from the time of order placement, refund claims resulting from a change of heart will not be considered.
- Please contact our support staff with any refund inquiries. Zuztec Media retains the right, on a case-by-case basis, to accept or reject your request.
9. My Account
The “My Account” section provides a practical means of communication. It is entirely your obligation to review this section for any questions, issues, or extra guidance that our team may need. There won’t be enough justification for a refund if you don’t often check or utilize the “My Account” section. You can ask our customer service team for help if you need it in this section.
10. Policy for Reactivation
Orders will not be accepted or refunded if the customer does not respond within 45 days. The client may, however, email us to request that the project be put on hold for private reasons. A $150 extra caution fee will be needed to revive the project if the client remains unresponsive for more than 45 days.
11. Terms of Use for Third Parties
Software, information, and other services from third-party vendors and business partners may be used in certain of our service features. Users must accept extra terms and conditions from these partners and vendors. By using these features, you consent to being bound by these third-party conditions, which are subject to modification at the third parties’ sole discretion.

18. Law Enforcement and Conflict Settlement
Without reference to Illinois’s conflict of law rules, these Terms shall be interpreted and governed by Illinois law. Any disagreement resulting from or pertaining to these Terms or our Services will be settled by legally binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s standards. 20. SMS Compliance
You consent to receiving SMS communications from Zuztec Media by choosing to use SMS. This covers SMS messages for billing alerts, project updates, appointment scheduling, and appointment reminders.
